Shipping Policy
We know how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible. So we offer three delivery options:
Two-Week Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is guaranteed to arrive at your door within 14 business days!
One-Week Rush Delivery
Choose Rush Delivery and we’ll make sure your custom order reaches you within 7 business days of placing your order. Rush Delivery only adds an additional 10% to the cost of your order.
4-Day Flash Rush Delivery
Choose this option at checkout if you need your shirts in a flash, and for an extra 25% of the cost of your order, we’ll get your order to your door in four business days. Not available on all products, including specialty items, embroidery, sublimation and certain screen print. These shipping times reflect shipment within the contiguous 48 United States. We also do APO deliveries, but the 2 week guarantee applies specifically to the APO stateside address. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
We try to always make sure everything is printed perfectly to your specifications. Sometimes we mess up. If we do please let us know so we can fix it. You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know if we messed up.
If you order something and then decide you don’t want it let us know. If it has been less than 48 hours we will cancel your order and send you a refund. If it has been more than 48 hours you will receive a refund minus 5% of your total order – after 48 hours we have already ordered your merchandise to print on and we can’t stop it. If we have already printed your items you will receive your items as these are made to order.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is printed incorrectly or the material is flawed or defective.
Sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at nextgenapparelnc@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are printed incorrectly or the material is flawed or defective in any way, please contact us at nextgenapparelnc@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
